Policies

Pre registration will be closed on Webnesday May 10th, 2023. After that date, all registrations received will be processed at the on-site registration desk.

Cancellation by fax or e-mail.
Until May 10th, 2023 : refund of the registration fees minus €30 processing fees.
After May 10th, 2023 : no refund.
